Have you had any blood work or tests done at a LifeLabs office in BC or Ontario in the last 10 years? If so you could be one of the 15 million people affected by the LifeLabs cyberattack.

Hackers may have gained access to customers’ names, addresses, dates of birth, health card numbers and test results. If you have online access with LifeLabs, your password may have been accessed as well.

LifeLabs is offering one year of free credit reporting including dark web monitoring service through TransUnion. You can call 1-888-918-0467 to get your free code to activate your one year of monitoring.

While LifeLabs has taken steps to secure their data, they cannot guarantee that some of the information was not copied.
